Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express orders online via our secure server.  If you prefer, we accept checks or money orders.  When mailing an order, don’t forget to include a copy of your order with your check. Also, please do not forget to include shipping charges. Please see below. If you pre-order using your credit card, this will secure your order and no matter what the time frame, we will not charge your card until just prior shipping the model.  Of course if you prefer, please place your order by phone.  Our toll free number is 888-315-5443.

All orders are routed through our secure server for your protection.  Precision Miniatures reserves the right to correct errors on online orders, but will not do so without confirming the correction with you first.  Thank you for shopping with us.

Shipping Rates and Information

We ship all models within the continental United States unless otherwise requested UPS Standard Ground Service.  The charge for this is $12.00 for the first model ordered and $3.00 for each additional model ordered. Our preferred method of shipment for all models ordered outside the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is the United States Postal Service.  Models are shipped Air Parcel Post or Express mail dependent on the shipping location. We charge current postal rates dependent on weight and size of order, country and location. If it is important that you know the exact shipping amount before shipment is made please email us at the time you place your order. If you prefer a specific shipping method, please include that information with your order and we will try to accommodate you.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We inspect all models carefully before we ship. It is very unusual for goods to be damaged in shipment, but if it should happen please advise Precision Miniatures by e-mail, fax or call between the hours of 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.  Please do not return damaged goods to us yourself, as we must follow the proper procedure.  

Lost or Damaged Goods Outside the United States

If you receive damaged goods, or if your parcel does not arrive, please notify us by
e-mail or fax and we will reply with help on how you should proceed.
